Envos solutions provide full control over refrigeration and freezing installations, operations, and energy use. By gathering all technical components on a single shared platform, operations are simplified, while continuous monitoring and deviation alerts prevent product loss.

Demand-driven automation and proactive maintenance provide optimized energy use and lower costs. The solutions are currently used by several of Norway’s largest grocery chains.

Use and integration

The system for grocery and horeca can be used in various ways. As a combined operating system for the technical operation of local installations, "SD systems", or as an energy monitoring system (EOS system).

When the ventilation is connected to Envo, it goes from being a separate system to becoming part of the whole. You see air quality, temperature and operation in real time, and adjust everything from the same platform as the rest of the building.

Sensors measure how the building is actually used, and the platform adjusts ventilation based on need – not fixed settings. This means a better indoor environment for the people who are there, and lower energy use when they are not.

Perhaps the most important thing is this: you don’t have to discover problems through complaints. You see them before they happen.

Light that follows people. Not time.

In many buildings, the lights stay on long after people have gone home. Not because someone decided it, but because no one is in control. With Envo, the lighting is controlled based on daylight, presence, and usage. Zones switch off when they’re empty, dim when there’s enough light from outside, and actually follow how the building is being used.

For operations, it means fewer things to keep track of. For finances, it means lower costs. And for the end user, it means a building that feels right – without anyone having to think about it.

You see what the tenants actually experience.

Indoor climate is the first thing people notice – and the least well documented in many buildings. Envos sensors give you a real-time view of temperature, CO₂, air quality and humidity throughout the entire building. Not as individual measurements, but as a complete picture you can use for control.

That means you move from reacting to complaints to working proactively. You know where it’s too hot, too cold, or has poor air quality—before anyone speaks up. Suddenly, the indoor climate is no longer a risk. It becomes something you actually have control over.

What keeps the building running – under control.

Pumps, valves and actuators are rarely visible until something stops working. When they fail, everything is affected. Envo gives you insight into how these components actually behave. You see operation, load and deviations – and receive alerts before small faults turn into big problems.

You can also control things directly from the platform. Adjust, open, close, and optimize – without being physically present. The result is an operation that is more stable, more predictable, and far less reactive.

If it exists in the building, it should be in the same picture.

Vann er ofte den siste ressursen som får kontroll. Det måles sent, forstås dårlig og oppdages ofte når det er for sent. Envo gjør vann til en del av samme kontrollbilde som resten av bygget. Du ser forbruk i sanntid, oppdager avvik og får varsler når noe ikke stemmer.

Det kan være en lekkasje. Eller et mønster som koster mer enn det burde. Uansett – du vet det tidlig, og kan gjøre noe med det.
