NS 3935, the ITB standard (Integrated Technical Building installations), sets out new requirements for the technical installations in buildings and how such installations must be managed.
Without a proper management system for the technical installations in the building and the interaction between these, it becomes virtually impossible to meet the new requirements set out in the standard and to create sustainable buildings with minimal negative environmental impact.
